1. Connect the modem or router to the wall outlet and plug in the power adapter.
2. Follow the instructions provided in the modem or router user manual. This usually involves connecting an Ethernet cable from the modem to your computer, then turning on the modem or router.
3. Once the modem/router is turned on, open the settings for your wireless network by entering the access password or key. You can find this information in the user manual or printed on the back of the modem or router.
4. Select a network name (SSID) followed by a secure password or passphrase.
5. Click save to apply the network settings. The network should now be available for use.
