1. Open File Explorer by pressing the Windows key + E on your keyboard.
2. Click on View at the top of the window.
3. Click on the Hidden Items checkbox in the Show/hide section.
4. If a folder or file is hidden, it will now appear dimmed to indicate it’s a hidden file or folder.
5. To unhide a file or folder, click the View tab at the top of the window and uncheck the Hidden Items box.
To find hidden files in a laptop, you can use the Windows search feature. To do this, press the Windows key + S and type “hidden files” into the search bar. Then, select “View Hidden Files and Folders” from the search results and follow the instructions to show hidden files. Alternatively, you can use the File Explorer to view hidden files. To do this, open the File Explorer, click on the “View” tab, and then select “Hidden Items” from the “Show/hide” menu.
