1. Open the Windows Start menu, type “cmd“ into the search box and press Enter.
2. Type “ipconfig /all“ into the Command Prompt window and press Enter.
3. Look for the line that reads “Default Gateway.” Just after it should be an IP address. This is your router‘s IP address.
4. Type this IP address into the address bar of your web browser and press Enter.
5. Enter your router‘s username and password when prompted. If you don‘t know the username and password, check the manual or contact your Internet service provider.
6. Find the section labeled “Proxy Server,” “Proxy Settings“ or something similar. The proxy address and port will be listed here.
