1. Use Command Prompt: You can search for a device‘s port by typing “netstat –a“ into the Command Prompt. This will show a list of all the active ports and their associated devices.
2. Use Device Manager: On Windows computers, you can use Device Manager to search for the device in question. From there, select Properties and then the Ports tab. This will show the device‘s assigned port.
3. Download a Network Monitoring Tool: Another option is to download a specialized network monitoring tool like Wireshark. With a tool like this, you can search for a device‘s port and get detailed information about the traffic it is sending and receiving.
