1. Check the network cables – If you are using a wired connection, make sure the cables are properly connected.
2. Restart your modem/router – Unplug your modem/router for about 30 seconds then plug it back in and wait for it to come back online.
3. Check your device’s settings – Make sure your device is set to the correct network name and password.
4. Update your device’s firmware – Check the manufacturer’s website for firmware updates.
