1. Run the Group Policy Management Console (GPMC) from the Start menu.
2. Create a new Group Policy Object or edit an existing one as necessary.
3. Set policy settings as required for this particular GPO.
4. Link the GPO to the appropriate Active Directory containers, such as sites, domains, and organizational units.
5. Assign permissions to the GPO, if needed.
6. Monitor and troubleshoot the GPO as needed.
1. Open the Group Policy Management Console (GPMC) by running the gpmc.msc command from the Run window.
2. Select the domain, site, or organizational unit (OU) for which you want to manage Group Policy settings.
3. Right-click the domain, site, or OU and select Create a GPO in this domain and Link it here.
4. Enter a name for the new Group Policy Object (GPO) and click OK.
5. Right-click the newly created GPO and select Edit.
6. Navigate to the desired settings and configure them as desired.
7. Close the Group Policy Management Editor.
8. Open the Group Policy Object Editor again to review the settings and verify they are configured correctly.
9. Right-click the GPO and select Link Enabled to enable the GPO.
