To reset the Cisco router password, you will need to perform the following steps:
1. Power off the router and unplug the power cord.
2. Using a paper clip or other thin object, press and hold the reset button on the back of the router.
3. While still pressing the reset button, plug the power cord back into the router.
4. Hold the reset button for 30 seconds.
5. Release the reset button and the router will reboot.
6. Once the router has finished rebooting, it will be reset to the factory default settings. To log in, use the default username (usually “admin” or “cisco”) and the default password (usually “cisco” or “password”).
