To reset your Nintendo Switch to its factory defaults, you will need to follow the below steps:
1. Power off the Nintendo Switch by pressing the power button for at least three seconds and selecting “Power Options“ followed by “Turn Off“.
2. Once the console has powered off, press and hold the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons on the left side of the console and the Power button on the right side of the console at the same time for at least three seconds.
3. The console will boot into a recovery menu. 4. Using the Volume buttons, scroll down to the “Reset” option, then press the Power button to select it.
5. The console will ask you to confirm if you want to reset the system to the factory settings. Select the “Reset” option to confirm. 6. The console will restart and will be reset to the factory settings.
