1. Open the Command Prompt by typing “cmd” in the search bar.
2. Type “netsh wlan show networks” and press enter.
3. Type “netsh wlan disconnect” and press enter.
4. Type “netsh wlan connect” and press enter.
5. Enter the name of the network that you want to connect to and press enter.
6. Enter the password for the network that you are connecting to and press enter.
7. After a few moments, you should be connected to the network.
1. Type in ‘ipconfig /release‘ into the Command Prompt and press Enter. This will release all IP addresses from your network adapters and reset your Wi–Fi connection.
2. Type in ‘ipconfig /renew‘ and press Enter. This will renew your IP address and reconnect you to the Wi–Fi network.
3. Type in ‘netsh wlan show profile‘ and press Enter. This will list all the Wi–Fi profiles that are currently stored on your computer.
4. Type in ‘netsh wlan delete profile name=’ followed by the Wi–Fi profile name, and press Enter. This will delete the selected profile and reset your Wi–Fi connection.
5. Type in ‘netsh int ip reset‘ and press Enter. This will reset all of your network settings and disable all your network adapters.
6. Finally, type in ‘netsh winsock reset‘ and press Enter. This will reset your Windows Socket settings and clear out any old networking data.
7. Restart your computer to complete the reset process and reconnect to the Wi–Fi network.
