1. Log into your Cisco Webex account at webex.com.
2. Select “Schedule Meeting” in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Select a date and time for the meeting, and choose whether you would like your guests to be able to join before you.
4. Enter the names or emails of the people you’d like to invite to your meeting and select the “Send Invites” button.
5. In your meeting invitation, include any relevant details such as the agenda, password, and audio connection information.
6. When ready, select “Start Meeting Now” or “Start Meeting Later” to start or schedule your Webex meeting.
