1. Open the Control Panel.
2. Select Network and Internet.
3. Select Network and Sharing Center.
4. Select Change Adapter Settings from the left column.
5. Right-click on the connection for which you want to set the IP, and select Properties.
6. Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) from the list and click Properties.
7. Select Use the following IP address and fill in the fields with the new IP address information.
8. Click OK.
9. Right-click on the connection again and select Disable.
10. Right-click on the connection again and select Enable.
