1. Generate your SSH key: $ ssh–keygen –t rsa –b 4096
2. Enter your desired passphrase when prompted and press enter: Enter passphrase (empty for no passphrase): [Type a passphrase]
3. Enter the passphrase again for confirmation: Enter same passphrase again: [Type passphrase again]
4. Your key is now protected with the passphrase.
