1. Purchase a hardware printer server.
2. Connect the printer server to your network via an Ethernet cable and then plug it into a power source.
3. Install the required drivers for the printer on the printer server.
4. Configure the printer server settings within the management console for the printer server.
5. Enable the print server setting on your computers and enable sharing of the printer from within their printer settings.
6. Test printing from each connected computer.
