1. Go to WebEx.com and sign in with your account.
2. Select “Meetings” from the left navigation bar.
3. Click on “Schedule a Meeting”.
4. Enter all of your meeting details, including the date and time you would like to hold the meeting.
5. Invite attendees, either by entering their email addresses or sending an invitation link.
6. Select any additional options or settings you would like, such as file sharing, recording, etc.
7. Click “Schedule” to confirm the meeting.
8. An email will then be sent to all of the invited attendees with the meeting details.
