1. Open your WiFi router‘s settings page. This is usually done through a web browser, such as Chrome or Safari, and is typically located at 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1.
2. Enter the username and password for your router when prompted.
3. Select “Wireless Settings” or “WiFi Settings”.
4. Look for the 5GHz and 2.4GHz options and select the 2.4GHz option.
5. Save your changes.
