1. Connect one end of the lag switch to the Ethernet port of your router or modem.
2. Connect the other end of the lag switch to the Ethernet port on your computer or gaming console.
3. Plug the lag switch into a wall outlet.
4. Activate the lag switch by flipping the switch to the “On” position.
5. Test the lag switch by playing a network game or online video game. You should notice a significant amount of lag while the switch is turned on.
6. Turn the lag switch off when you are done using it.
