1. Connect your Wireless Access Point (WAP) to a power source.
2. Connect your WAP to your modem or router via an Ethernet cable.
3. Log into your WAP using its web-based setup page.
4. Configure the wireless settings of your WAP.
5. Set up the encryption settings of your WAP.
6. Test your WAP connection by connecting to it with a wireless device.
