1. Connect your Linksys router to your existing network using an Ethernet cable.
2. Log into your Linksys router through a web browser.
3. Go to the Setup tab and select Basic Setup.
4. Change the Router Mode to Access Point.
5. Change the Wireless Network Mode to the same mode as the existing router’s.
6. Change the Wireless Network Name (SSID) to the same as the existing router’s.
7. Change the Wireless Channel to the same as the existing router’s.
8. Click Save Settings to save the changes.
9. Disconnect the Ethernet cable from the Linksys router.
10. Place the Linksys router in the desired location.
11. Power on the Linksys router.
12. Connect any devices to the Linksys router.
