1. Log into your Netgear router‘s web–based configuration page.
2. Choose the LAN Setup tab.
3. Check off the Static radio button.
4. Type in the Static IP Address that you wish to use.
5. Select the Subnet Mask associated with the Static IP address.
6. Enter the Default Gateway of your router.
7. Click Apply or OK to save the changes.
