1. Open the app and select the team or chat you want to share your screen with.
2. On the top right corner of the page, click on the Share Content button.
3. Select the type of content you‘d like to share (e.g. the desktop, a window, or specific application).
4. You‘ll be asked to choose whether you want to share audio. If so, check the box for Share Audio.
5. Click the green Share button.
6. The people in the team/chat will be notified that you are sharing your screen.
7. To end the screen sharing session, click the Stop Sharing button located at the bottom of the app.
To share your screen in Teams for Mac, follow these steps:
1. Open the Teams app and select the meeting you wish to join.
2. At the bottom of the meeting window, click on the “Share” icon.
3. Select the “Share Computer Sound” option.
4. Select the “Share Screen” option.
5. Select the screen you’d like to share with the other participants.
6. Click the “Share” button to start sharing your screen.
7. When you’re finished, click the “Stop Sharing” button.
