1. Log into your Webex account.
2. Select the “Meetings” tab at the top of the page.
3. Click “Schedule a Meeting” on the right side of the page.
4. Enter the name of the meeting, date, start time and duration.
5. Click the “Advanced Options” tab and select any additional settings or preferences you wish to apply to the meeting.
6. Click the “Invite” button at the bottom of the page.
7. Enter the email addresses of the people you would like to join the meeting in the “To” field.
8. Click “Send Invitations.”
9. When the meeting time arrives, click “Start Meeting” on the left side of the screen.
10. Your meeting will now begin and you can start sharing presentations and documents with your attendees.
