To turn on IPv4 in Windows 10, open the Control Panel and choose Network and Sharing Center. In the left panel, click Change Adapter Settings. Right–click your Local Area Connection or Ethernet connection and choose Properties. Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and click Properties. Then select Use the Following IP Address and enter the desired IP address info. Finally, click OK to save the changes and apply the new settings.
