1. Download and install Wireshark on your computer.
2. Connect your computer to the network you want to capture packets from.
3. Launch Wireshark and click Capture > Interfaces.
4. Select the interface you want to capture packets from and click Start.
5. You will now start seeing all the packets being sent and received on the network.
6. You can filter the packets by typing in specific criteria such as IP address, port number, etc.
7. You can also save the captured data in a .pcap file for further analysis.
