1. Turn off the power to the circuit.
2. Connect the black (hot) wire from the power supply to the common terminal of the first switch.
3. Connect the red (switched hot) wire from the power supply to the common terminal of the second switch.
4. Connect the black (hot) wire from the first switch to the common terminal of the third switch.
5. Connect the red (switched hot) wires from the second switch and the third switch to the load.
6. Connect the white (neutral) wire from the power supply to the neutral terminal of the load.
7. Connect the ground wire from the power supply to the ground terminal of the load.
8. Make sure all the wires are properly connected and insulated.
9. Turn on the power to the circuit.
