WiFi works by using radio waves to connect devices to a network. It is a type of wireless local area network (WLAN) that allows devices to communicate with each other without the need for cables or wires. When a device is connected to a WiFi network, it sends and receives data through the air, using radio signals. The signal is then picked up by the antenna on the device, which sends it to a wireless access point (WAP). The WAP then processes the signal and transmits it to the internet via an Ethernet cable.
