A GSA Letter of Authorization (LOA) is an official letter issued by the General Services Administration (GSA) granting authorization for a specific agency or organization to use and access the GSA Schedules Program. This letter can also be used to provide additional information on how to use GSA Schedules, such as what products and services are available and under what conditions those products and services can be procured.
