A Network Operations Center (NOC) is a central location from which an organization monitors, manages, and maintains its network infrastructure. It is responsible for ensuring the availability of the network and its services to the organization and its users. It consists of hardware, software, and personnel that are used to monitor, manage, and maintain the performance of the network. It is also responsible for resolving problems that arise, as well as providing reports on the overall performance of the network.
