A Cable Certifier is a professional testing device used to test and certify copper network cabling. It is used to measure and certify that the cabling has been installed according to industry standards. The certifier measures several parameters such as wire resistance, NEXT and ELFEXT (coupling), return loss, etc. The results of the tests are recorded in a report which verifies that the cabling has been installed according to TIA/EIA or ISO/IEC standards.
