Carrier Aggregation in 5G is the process of combining multiple component carriers with different bandwidths in order to increase the overall data rate. This process is also known as “bonding” or “bundling,” and allows a device to access multiple LTE bands simultaneously. This technology is used to increase the speed, capacity and coverage of 5G networks.
