Green computing is the practice of using computing resources efficiently with minimal impact on the environment. It involves reducing the electricity and resources used to power and cool computers, as well as reducing the amount of hazardous materials used in the manufacture of computer components. Green computing also includes the use of renewable energy sources, such as solar and wind power, to power computers and other electronic devices. It also includes using technology to help reduce the amount of waste generated by computers and other electronic devices.
