Kaypro was a brand of portable and home computers that were made by the now defunct American computer company Non–Linear Systems founded by Andrew Kay in 1982. Kaypro computers ran a CP/M operating system and they were notable for their rugged build quality, affordability and portability. The computers featured an all–in–one design with the monitor, floppy disk drives and other components built into the same case as the main unit.
