Netstat is a command line utility that displays network connections, routing tables, and a variety of network interface statistics. It is used to troubleshoot network connections and can be used to identify which applications are using which ports. Netstat can also be used to determine if a particular service or application is listening on a particular port or IP address, or if a particular port or IP address is being used by a particular process.
