OEM software is a type of software that is sold to a computer manufacturer or hardware vendor and is then pre–installed on computers they manufacture and sell. It is usually offered at discounted prices compared to retail software and may also come bundled with hardware. OEM software has been common since the early days of personal computing and is typically used by smaller computer manufacturers who cannot purchase software licenses in bulk.
OEM software is software that has been developed by an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). It is usually bundled with hardware, such as laptops, desktops, and tablets, and is designed to work with the specific hardware that it was created for. OEM software is often pre-installed, which means it is ready to use without any additional installation or setup.
