A polymorphic virus is a type of malicious computer code that is designed to replicate and spread by changing its own structure, without affecting the meaning or functionality of the code. The virus‘ code is constructed in such a way that it can modify itself without affecting the instructions it contains, making it difficult for anti–virus software to detect and remove the virus.
