TFTP (Trivial File Transfer Protocol) is a simple protocol used to transfer files between two hosts over a network. It is most commonly used to transfer files during network booting (e.g. boot images) and remote provisioning (e.g. configuration files). A TFTP server is a computer or device configured to accept and serve files using the TFTP protocol.
