Wi–Fi channels are the radio frequencies that Wi–Fi devices use to send and receive signals. Each channel has a specific frequency, and there are 14 different Wi–Fi channels in the 2.4 GHz frequency band and 33 Wi–Fi channels in the 5 GHz frequency band. By selecting the right Wi–Fi channel, users can ensure that their transmitting device avoids interference from other devices in the area and has a reliable connection.
