Wi–Fi strength is a measure of the power level and signal quality of a wireless network. It is usually measured in terms of signal–to–noise ratio (SNR) or decibels relative to a milliwatt (dBm). Wi–Fi strength can be affected by distance, obstacles, frequency, and other factors. Stronger Wi–Fi signals mean more data can be sent with fewer errors.
