1. Check your modem and router power: Make sure that your modem and router are both powered up and connected to a working power outlet.
2. Check your cables: Make sure all cables connected to your modem, router, and computer are secure and not damaged in any way.
3. Restart your devices: Unplug the power cord from all of your devices (modem, router, and computer) for at least 30 seconds and then plug them back in.
4. Reboot your Internet connection: If you‘re using an Ethernet connection, try unplugging the cable from your computer and router and plugging it back in. For wireless connections, try turning airplane mode on and off and then reconnecting.
5. Check your network settings: Open the Wi–Fi settings on your computer and make sure the right network is selected and there aren‘t any extra networks listed.
6. Contact your ISP: If none of the above steps help, contact your Internet service provider (ISP) to see if they can diagnose the issue.
