1. Open the Outlook desktop client.
2. Click on the Home tab in the top ribbon.
3. Click the New Items drop-down menu and select Meeting.
4. Enter the title and location of the meeting.
5. Click the Scheduling Assistant tab.
6. Click the Add Webex Meeting button.
7. Enter the host’s Webex username and password.
8. Click the Continue button.
9. Enter the conference details and click the Schedule button.
10. Click the Send button to send the invitation to participants.
