1. Open the Control Panel.
2. Click on Network and Internet.
3. Select Network and Sharing Center.
4. Select Change adapter settings.
5. Right-click on the Ethernet connection or Wi-Fi connection that you want to enable DHCP for.
6. Select Properties.
7. Select the Networking tab.
8. Click on Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and then click on Properties.
9. Select the radio button next to Obtain an IP address automatically.
10. Select the radio button next to Obtain DNS server address automatically.
11. Click on OK.
12. Close out of the Network and Sharing Center.
