1. Connect one end of the Ethernet cable to the modem and the other end to the WAN port on the router.
2. Connect the power adapter to the router and a wall outlet. Power on the modem and wait for it to establish an internet connection.
3. Connect a computer or other device to one of the numbered Ethernet ports on the router.
4. Launch a web browser and enter the IP address of the router‘s web–based setup page in the address bar.
5. Enter the username and password provided by your ISP (Internet Service Provider) or the default credentials.
6. Follow the on–screen instructions to configure the router as per your preferences, such as setting up wireless access and parental control settings.
7. Reset the router and wait for it to establish a connection. You can now disconnect the Ethernet cable from the computer to start using the wireless network.
1. Connect your modem to the WAN or internet port on your router using an Ethernet cable.
2. Connect your computer to one of the available LAN ports on your router using an Ethernet cable.
3. Power on your modem and router.
4. Configure your router’s settings. This will include setting up your wireless network name and password, setting up your security settings, and configuring any additional features such as port forwarding.
5. Connect additional devices to your router using Ethernet cables or wirelessly.
6. Test your internet connection by opening a web browser and visiting a website.
