1. Log into your router or modem and look for a section called “DHCP” or “LAN IP Setup.” This will give you a list of all the IP addresses connected to your network.
2. Find the specific computer you want to restart and make note of its IP address.
3. Download ‘PsTools‘ utility from the Microsoft website.
4. Right click ‘PsExec‘ and select “Run as Administrator.”
5. In the PsExec command line, type the remote computer‘s IP address and the command reboot, like this: “\\[IP address] reboot“.
6. Press Enter and the remote computer will restart.
