You can stop Cisco Webex from running in the background by disabling the application from your system’s startup list. This can be done by going to the System Preferences menu, clicking on the Users & Groups tab, selecting the Login Items tab, and then unchecking the box next to the Cisco Webex application. Alternatively, you can also use a third-party application such as CCleaner to manage the applications that launch at startup.
