To tell if your router is static or dynamic, you will need to log into your router‘s settings page. Once logged in, look for a section labeled “Network Settings” or something similar. Here, you should find an option labelled “IP Addressing Method“ or something similar. If this is set to “Static” then your router is using a static IP address. If it is set to “Dynamic” then your router is using a dynamic IP address.
