1. Right-click on the speaker icon located in the taskbar.
2. Select “Open Volume Mixer” from the drop-down menu.
3. Unmute your speakers by clicking on the speaker icon located at the bottom of the Volume Mixer window.
4. Increase the volume if necessary by dragging the volume slider.
1. Right-click the speaker icon in the system tray and select “Open Volume Mixer”.
2. Make sure that the volume for your speakers is not set to mute within the mixer.
3. If you see an icon for the speakers with a red “X” by it, click on it to unmute them.
4. If there isn’t a red “X”, make sure the speaker volume is adjusted accordingly.
