1. First, you‘ll need to gather up the materials that you‘ll need to set up the router as a switch. This includes an Ethernet cable, a power cord, and the source router that you‘d like to use as a switch.
2. Take the Ethernet cable and plug one end into the WAN port of the source router and the other end into your modem or router. This will provide the source router with an internet connection.
3. Next, take the power cord and plug it into the power port of the source router, then plug the other end into a wall outlet.
4. Wait for the source router to boot up, then log in to the router‘s configuration page.
