Linux Mint is an open source Linux-based operating system built on top of the Ubuntu Linux distribution. It is an easy to use operating system that comes with a variety of pre-installed applications such as LibreOffice, Firefox, Thunderbird, GIMP and more. The Linux Mint ISO file is an image of the Linux Mint installation disc that can be used to create a bootable DVD or USB drive. It can be used to install Linux Mint on any computer with a DVD drive or USB port.
